Amazing, How fast the festive season comes and goes, then we find ourselves in the aftermath, the presents, the excess rubish and packaging, the extra pounds around the waist - who'da thought I could consume enough food to feed a small nation ??? and now I am paying for it.
Not sure how to move the excess Kilo's, but sure have to try something, as I am very uncomfortable now. just don't know how I am going to do it.
Life is still smooth sailing, working plenty as workmates are off having holidays. I hope to have a holiday in April, and head overseas again, maybe just Indonesia for a few weeks this time, havn't been there yet. it will be a great break, and I am looking forward to having the time off.
Sitting here, almost midnight, and I am listening to the "Lennon Sisters" and their song, "May you always" such a beautiful song, Dianne, Cathy, Peggy and Jenny express my sentiments to those that are in my circle of special people I know. So many wonderful and graceous people who cross my path during my life cycle, and I can only wish for them the sentiments of this song. It could be very close to being my favourite song.
Well, we start another year, and I hope it will be a year of peace, happiness and laughter... Yes, laughter is something magical, something special, something that is missing in many of our lives. A good sincere deep laugh has healing powers, no matter your mood, or circumstances, it can transform us - even if for only a short time. Something I will have to make sure that this year I will laugh more, love deeper and Dance the Joys of Life.
Well, it is late and I am tired. As I close, I am listening to Partridge Family, I think I love you... such a fun and up-tempo song, making me feel good.
